Flavor:

It has a full and deep garnet color.

Taste:
It emerges on the rich, medium-bodied palate and is complemented by firm tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish.

The wine is aged for 24 months in wooden casks (2,500 liters) between 2 and 15 years, 50% Slovenian wood and 50% French, followed by a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

Game, red meat, meat roasted in the same wine and aged cheese.
