The training will be conducted by:

Lectures will be held in auditorium 12, 13, 14 and 18; 19; on 20 December. (The venue of the lectures will be specified soon)

Lectures will start at 19:00.
Cost - 240 GEL.
The certificate is issued in Georgian and English.

The training includes the following topics:
Introduction to Food Safety;
Introduction to HACCP;
local and international legislation in food safety;
food safety hazards;
basic prerequisite programs;
hazard analysis and critical point system;
international standards in food safety;
exemplary production, hygiene and distribution practices;
development of effective monitoring procedures;
creation and implementation of HACCP plan;
documentation and record keeping;
labeling.

For whom the training is intended: Horeca sector, managers, auditors, chefs, quality control professionals, representatives of small wineries.
